Q1. What do I do if I find a leak?

A. Place a bucket underneath the leak and phone us straight away on 020 8656 4567. A member of the R & T Roofing team will come and assess the situation and discuss possible solutions with you. A free written proposal will be submitted to the customer.

Q2. How is a job priced and how do I pay?

A. All our quotations are ‘Fixed Price Quotes’, which means there are no hidden costs once the job is complete. We only submit the invoice once you, the customer, are 100% happy with the finished job. We DO NOT ask for deposits prior to starting a job. We accept both cash & cheques.

Q3. Are you fully insured?

A. Yes we are fully insured and can provide a copy of the policy if required.

Q4. Do you take the old tiles & other waste away?

A. Yes. We take away all the old tiles and waste materials.

Q5. Can you provide me with any references of previously completed jobs?

A. Yes. We can provide references of previous completed projects and furthermore we can give you the names of some of our previous customers as reference.
